The people who use our robots are our mission. Our job isn’t only about us listening to the voice of our customer, it’s about getting the rest of society to hear them. We continually hear the same core themes of a fighting desire for independence and an appreciation about how small changes in daily living can make a massive difference. If that call to action resonates with you, we are looking for someone fluent in the world of social media and community building to help Labrador establish its presence (both online and in the real world), connect our network of customers and partners together and promote discussion.

Bringing a new category of robots into the world involves a ton of moving parts. We are seeking a self-driven individual with a strong technical background to help set execution strategy, drive the team toward meeting goals on schedule, manage daily operations and track and communicate status. This position requires experience with hardware engineering, software development across multiple systems and manufacturing.

We treat our software as a set of modules that fit together to form the product experience. We avoid re-inventing the wheel, leverage proven platforms that scale and focus our energy on adding new value. We’re seeking experienced engineers who share this system-level mindset and want to build a product and are ready to work on any aspect of it. There are a variety of opportunities to contribute depending on your technical skills.

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. This is a mission critical senior role where you will be responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of all things DevOps at Labrador. You will oversee the tools and process for building, testing, releasing, and distributing software to our fleet of Labrador Retriever mobile robots, web service, apps, and more. Requires deep knowledge of Linux and ROS and solid experience in application deployments at the Cloud, Edge and app level.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to build, service and test our robots. Chances are if you are a fit for this roll, you enjoy doing your own projects at home and outside of work. Must be self-driven, have experience working with minimal documentation, but highly attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills. This job is primarily mechanical but experience with basic electronic assemblies and troubleshooting is required. Will likely involve travel, including to our factory during engineering builds as well as pilot deployments in the field to support and validate what we make.
